The main concern from some parties was that the the market was overvalued due to "bogus" non reoccurring earning displays though capital gains, assert revaluation , and messing with account. I agree there are companies that fit the bill. Further more if some top capitalization companies which are still highly overvalued get corrected ( individually) the market would be much more appealing than now.
But I reiterrate what I always said before : if we look hard enough , we will find some decent individual companies at CSE. I am not talking about the whole market. And yes during these down trends value shares can get more undervalued due to price drops. It can be a gold mine to Investors with investment horizons and holding power for the longer run .
This approach would not be suitable for day traders , momentum traders, and short term players as the market can remain volatile until it finds clear direction. So today's share price can be less than tomorrows. So beware.
I am no bull I am no bear due to prevailing market. But what we say today maybe not apply tomorrow as certain factors that control market direction can change. But I believe being completely out of market is not the best option.
But then again that is my opinion but your can be different. So do not start a war again.
