AGM for PCH & PCHH

Post by amohamedniffraz on Tue Oct 29, 2013 11:15 am

We have an AGM of PCH & PCHH tomorrow @ SLITHM.
Will it be impact on the share prizes of those shares. I know it is one of the crap share in the market.
Even though it is a crap, i just purchased about 50,000 shares(PCH). Also, looking to purchase bit more in the near future.
I feel we may have the 100% profit in the future(may be up to 1 year).
I don't have any technical analysis with me.
But, it is one of the share less than Rs.1. So, it may have the chances.

Guys, if anyone will take part tomorrow please share the points were discussed after the meeting. Also, if you have any think to share before the meeting you are Welcome always.

Ha Haa... It is also fair..

However, i just want to know who is purchased that 35M (worth of 28M) of PCH today.
Is that Dynaris Holdings??? or Is somebody purchased blindly?
That's why i got the doubt because there are really very good shares in the market to invest that Rs 28 M.
Even though it is crap, he/they thought/s to invest in these share.

As I lost few lacks in CSE i just want to recover those losses. So, i just think about 100 % profit & invest it.
We will see what will happen in the future.

Rishan and other directors are still on selling side. They have sold almost 37 million shares @ 0.80 on 30-10-2013.

http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_cse_announcements/5071383219080_.pdf

IMHO, PCH should some down to 0.60 very soon.

That is also one of the very worst thinks on it. I can't even imagine buying, selling, buying, selling game.
At least they can try to build up the company. Bull shit Management...
We will see the reports. I don't think because it will also take about 2 more months because we got the report(end of June) by near past.

How ever, if it comes to 0.60 rs. There will be good trading opportunities...

Since owner is selling whole sale, PCH should be under a new management soon unless close down.
In the above view, price coming down to 0.60 or even 0.50 will help immensely for a short term gain.

I wanted to trade hence I bought avg 0.90 but sold at the same price with a tiny loss since the intended time for a rally seems far away.

However, in short term, this can even be a good pick (just for trading) at lower levels.
