Deputy Minister P. Digambaram resigns

Deputy Minister of National Languages and Social Integration P. Digambaram has tendered his resignation.
Digambaram, who elected to the Parliament in 2010 from the Nuwara Eliya district, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of National Languages and Social Integration on 21 August.
Meanwhile, a source said that Deputy Minister of Botanical Gardens and Public Recreation V. Radhakrishnan too likely to tender his resignation, today.

Both deputies got nothing to do for the benefits of public. Just nominal positions. Should eliminate these ministerial portfolios saving public funds.
