Irrespective of your purchasing price of the warrant, you have to pay conversion(exercise) price in November before the final date (12-11-2015)

As per your eg. ,

you have to pay 1000 x 185 = 185,000.00 to convert your warrant into a Normal share.

If you failed warrants get cancelled. No claims thereafter. Cash you paid to buy warrant will be wasted.

If you do not intend to convert or do not have enough cash you can sell the warrants before the final date.

Note: JKH has reduced the conversion price from 185 to 161.87 and increased your holding to 1142 warrants.

hence you have to pay 1142 x 161.87 = almost similar to previous amount.

Conversion price mean, the future price of the normal share (then no profit because purchasing price of warrant + conversion price) or less than that?
Can I convert warrant to normal share myself using iTrade software? Suspect Suspect
