These newly introduced forms for SOFT & V1 are so convenient to be filed. Thanks to every one who had given this idea. Spacious;Simple:Ready to make use of the technology by downloading Details from CDS. I HOPE WE WOULD BE ABLE TO APPLY ON LINE SOON.

Yes if we can do this online it can save a lot of time and hassle for everybody. Also if they can find an efficient way so we can transfer money online ( like to brokers) to IPO company account directly it can save us lot of time and fees on drafts.

It would be ideal for those who are living outside the country. For me applying an IPO is a hassle as I am living outside Sri Lanka. If we can apply online it would be very much convenient and time saving too. Go for paperless IPO. Go Green. cheers
