Trust my comparisons are straightforward and you have get used to interpret it from my previous similar comparisons. My conclusions are the worst hit shares as at 9th March were REEF (-36%), CITK (-43%) and CITW (-47%) and since then up to today closing these three shares have gone up by 65%, 106% and 70% respectively. What a summa profit isn't it. So in simple you know the potential of stocks like Pegasus, Sigiriya Village, Palm Gardens, Dolphin Hotels and AHPL and the potential of REEF, CITK & CITW.
Good luck

Yes that's why you have the highest opportunity there. All stocks went down have recovered. Now players will search for new counters who didn't appreciated and you never know what will happen to Stafford if they enter. Don't go too far imagine our nimantha80 enters there. This is where you get the benefit.
Early Bird will catch the worm. Better to analyse and decide.

@ Brinthan, MRH have been traded within a price rage of 20-22 this year so far. We couldn't see much variation or price fluctuation of this stock. So it is hard to make a profit from this stock using the current method I am talking here. But when the market establish its next bull run MRH can appreciate. But fundamentally it is a good and profitable company to invest on long term basis. This year they will report an EPS of 60 cents with a forward PE of 36x, a bit expensive at the moment.
Hope this is enough at the moment.

Progress review of my trading analysis. Yes Pegasus, Palm Gardens, Dolphin hotels moved satisfactorily. However still lot of potential remains with AHUN,AHPL,STAF,PEG and SIGV. It's worth to look at these next week.

After end of  war, hotel sector got some boost. I can remember I was travelling very often   places like Hambantotoa, Kotagala, Unawatuna, Trincomalle, Galle, Kandy, Nuwera-Eliya, Negombo, Beruwella Aluthgama etc.  We saw hardly any foreign investors in beaches or in hotels those days. Now we are seeing completely different atmosphere in the hotel sector. Well managed companies will outperform others.

As there are lot of hotel stocks in the market, it is wise to identify some of the best hotels which can produce higher ROE, generate more cash and those who can create mid and long term shareholder value. We can see some good hotels in the above list. Some of the emerging ones are missing. These reputed hotels will buy quality food from quality food producers to maintain their quality in the coming decade. Food is very important in the hotel sector.

Guys, put your attention on following counters from today onwards.
AHUN declined by 11% for the last two months can expect a recovery towards 47/-
Galadari dropped by 12% for the same period so can expect a recovery towards 12/-
HUNA & KHL dropped by 15% and expecting a recovery towards 57/- and 12/- respectively
Tangerene dropped by 16% so expecting a recovery towards 59/-
Kingsburry's recovery will be towards 16/60 and Bansei will improve to 9/30
Citrus Hikkaduwa dropped by massive 22% and I am expecting a recovery towards 14/10 with Roya Palms recovering to 26/-
Also being dropped by 14% Pegasus will recover towards 31/70

Remember this is the season for Hotels and we all know the tourist arrivals have been increasing YoY.

Thanks
