AFSL can be a gem..

Post by Teller on Fri Jul 15, 2016 1:28 am

First topic message reminder :

Abans financial services is on correct track , so I'm sure this can be surpass 60++ easily and stablize the price around 70/- rupees.
Largest share holders are owning 98.25% of total issued shares which is one of the minimum public float companies in CSE. Abans PLC owns 89.26 as largest share holder but amazing thing is except largest 20 share holders ,rest are having 647,572 shares only. I'm sure even previous oversubscribed right issue also utilized majar 20 holders to increase their holdings.

20 major share holders as on 31st March 2016
Abans PLC 33,025,006 -89.26 %
Mr. P N Pestonjee 633,000 1.71 %
Mr. K Kunenthiran 419,671 1.13
Mr. P K Pestonjee 370,100 1.00
Mrs. H G S Chandrakanthi 370,000 1.00
Mrs. C V Sumanadasa 370,000 1.00
Mr. B Pestonjee 214,000 0.58
Mrs. S Dubash 133,334 0.36
Mr. R Pestonjee 133,237 0.36
A B Cold Storage (Private) Limited 100,000 0.27
Ab Securitas (Private) Limited 100,000 0.27
Cleantech (Pvt) Ltd 100,000 0.27
Tks Finance Ltd/ K Jayakody 94,512 0.26
Mrs. A Pestonjee 0.18 66,667
Mrs. H I Salgado 0.18 66,600
Tks Finance Ltd/S T Selvi 40,640 0.11
Mr. G C Goonetilleke 40,000 0.11
Tks Finance Ltd/L S Vithya 0.08 28,951
Mr. K Poologasundram 25,000 0.07
Mrs. W G S D Chandrathilaka 21,710 0.06

Loans and advances figure increased from 637 million to 1,188 million nearly double with in a year.
Lease rental receivable has increased 2,903 million to 3,596 million.
With this over subscribed debentures money will reduce the gearing ratio so I'm sure 10 plus EPs in coming Financial year.
Due to less liquidity and major collection from abans family may lift AFSL share price 65_70 /- range soon.
AFSL also minimum risk investment as current market down turn even this created good support at 42 levels.

These private placements have been locked for 2 years. Right issue and private placement all money reinvested to business that's the reason their loans and advances almost in double.
In this scenario no need to worry for high selling pressure. It will move in a respective time line .

This comment by Teller is misleading- The private placement price is likely to be increased to 50 as the price of 25 when market is trading at 55 to a independent director Hiran Embuldeniya  who has no exposure , is detrimental to minority shareholders. The CSE has questioned AFSL why the conflict of interest was not informed when application was made. Minority shareholders might request that the first preference should be given to the existing share holders.

Teller without varifying the facts posted saying growth is due to private placement the proceeds are yet to come. Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed          The volumes of business of two wheelers have dropped by 80% during the last two months from 450 Mn to 80 Mn and there has been a run on deposits.Be cautious Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

This is a secret share we should increase our holding dramatically. 50-52 levels are very good to enter.
ABANS has accumilated it's holding from last year even further acquisition also possible.

Re: AFSL can be a gem..

Post by Miss-Sangeetha on Mon Apr 03, 2017 1:23 pm

On 5th May year 2016 AFSL listed 7,400,000 QTY of AFSL rights shares at CSE. https://cdn.cse.lk/cmt/uploadAnnounceFiles/7001462419151_1069.pdf

Just within three months on 01/08/2016, the axis of evil under took propagandas very well knowingly about the worst financial position of AFSL, that ” If Abans decides rights issue the share will shoot to 70” to dump their boss’s AFSL on small scale investors heads, and that was subsequently failed.

Now the same axis of evil totally turned against the AFSL right issue not because to safe guard this forum members but for their own interest.

They very well know after this second AFSL rights issue with in 12 months period, the AFSL share price will go down to least level less than Rs.10/- because AFSL financially on life supporting machine before their last year’s rights issue.

Now the same axis of evils trying to discourage the AFSL right issue among the investors, to suspend their boss’s AFSL portfolio holding value going down (erode).

Now if they subscribed this AFSL rights offer, AFSL share price definitely will go down after the right issue and have to face double losses one forum their newly subscribe shares and 2nd from their exiting AFSL shares holding in collective accounts

If this axis of evil unsubscribes their own rights issue and subsequently AFSL rights issue go on as said, their own exiting huge quantity of AFSL will lose its value.

This is the main reason, now these evils are posting this forum with borrowed financial data from their bosses as they did the same in the case of  HEXP, now they totally against the AFSL rights issue and talking about good company but mad management and inefficiency to dump their AFSL holding after the AFSL rights issue fails.

After seeing my depth of writing in my posts these fools are refuse to accept that I am a female and imagining I am a matured man or old lady because they still thinking about the male dominance of last century.

They think they can promote anything on behalf their boss and after the short period of time, forum members will forget everything, and again they can write against their own post to plunder.

Now what had happened to the HEXP share price after the great land sale?  I am the single lady fought back against Teller’s HEXP mafia.

The Axis Of Evil

1) Openings fake numerous ID profile.

 2) Leave it idle

3) Selecting the illiquid Stocks E.g. HEXP, AFSL or Crap shares with running trend……… appreciates with      possible future imagination or dreams with financial data and graph provided by their broker firm bosses.

4) Suddenly brining the fakes idle ID profiles to active life to promote particular share along with their main ID.

5) Damping the huge QTY of shares from their broker firm and exit.

Now they are discourage the AFSL rights issue to prevent their AFSL portfolio holding value from losing , because they are very well know after the AFSL rights issue will bring down the AFSL to least level less than Rs.10/- because AFSL financially on life supporting machine.

Most of the fake ID promoters of AFSL with recently opened ID profiles and few posts in this topic along with newly opened one are now at the AFSL UPDATE topic, but these fools could easily track with their number of posts and with the time span.

Few numbers of post means they were idle for their cause with the time span.
We had seen the clear picture in the case of HEXP, now that high ranging Teller and his Orchestra disappeared in the case of HEXP.

Be aware of Sangeetha the Shanky- Monketha! "The Manipulator"

Post by Wimal Modawansa on Mon Apr 03, 2017 10:08 pm

  • A lot of monkeys live near a Colombo village.

One day iron Wood  came to the village to buy these monkeys

He  announced that he  will buy the monkeys @ Rs 25.00 each.

The villagers thought that this man is mad.

They thought how can somebody buy stray monkeys at Rs 25.00 each?

Still, some people caught some monkeys and gave it to this merchant and he gave Rs 25.00 for each monkey.

This news spread like wildfire and people caught monkeys and sold it to Iron Wood

After a few days, Iron wood  announced that he will buy monkeys Rs 40.00  each.

The lazy villagers also ran around to catch the remaining monkeys!

They sold the remaining monkeys @ Rs 40.00  each.

Then the Iron wood  announced that he will buy monkeys @ Rs 40.00  each

The villagers start to lose sleep! ... They caught six or seven monkeys, which was all that was left and got Rs 40.00 each.

The villagers were waiting anxiously for the next announcement.

Then Iron wood  announced that he is going home for a week. And when he returns, he will buy monkeys Rs 70.00 each!

He asked Mess Sangeetha  to take care of the monkeys he bought. She was alone taking care of all the monkeys in a cage.

     Iron wood went home.

The villagers were very sad as there were no more monkeys left for them to sell it at Rs 70.00 each.

Then Mess Sangeetha  told them that she will sell some monkeys Rs 60.00  each secretly.

This news spread like fire. Since Iron wood  buys monkey Rs 60.00 each, there is a Rs 10.00  profit for each monkey.

The next day, villagers made a queue near the monkey cage.

Mess Sangeetha  sold all the monkeys at Rs 60.00  each. The rich bought monkeys in big lots. The poor borrowed money from money lenders and also bought monkeys!

The villagers took care of their monkeys & waited for Iron wood  to return.

But nobody came! ... Then they ran to Mess Sangetha

But Mess Sangetha  has already left too !

The villagers then realised that they have bought the useless stray monkeys Rs 60.00  each and unable to sell them!

This business is known as the...
    *STOCK MARKET* ..

It made a lot of people bankrupt and a few people filthy rich in this monkey business.

    That's how the
    Iron wood operate!
