definitely German delegation will inform they are not interested to invest in CIFL. people who collected below Rs 1 already assured 100% gain. This is total manipulation. SHARE WILL BACK TO RS  1 BY NEXT WEEK

If you buy CIFL now, you become a debtor to FD holders.

For each share you owe over 5 rupees to the people who deposited their money in your company.

Keep that in mind when buy  CIFL @ 5/- ,  1/- or 10 cents.

It is a negative value share.

Before getting any return shareholders have to pay to external parties.

Agree with you Chinwi,. This is unloading of shares to retailers.

Dear friends don`t buy now, wait till the Germans to confirm the proposals then you buy even @ 3/-, I feel some organize group is manipulating this share, Please think many times before buy, if the Germans wants there are enough better finance companies for them to invest.

How assets value increase to 60+ rupees . It has 12 billion liability to pay depositors.
This company has no future with in next 2-3 years. This is totally unloading process to retailers .
CIFL dirty history repeats once again . So I put this share in a dangerous zone.
Don't trust this investment till it comes to company books.

How ever most of the crap stocks give good trading opportunity when they play dirty games.

now CIFL has some good reason to play.

19th September 2016........... 30.37 Million shares traded and 23rd of September 2016........... 37.20 Million shares traded

CIFL only issued Qty 83 Million shares.

nearly 52 Million shares hold by small investors already.

So no one want to unload to retailers again..

But some time some one can play the dirty game with this but still they are not starting to unload process start . it will happen more than 5/= level

So don't miss the chance to trade with this in this lower level.

again I will remember you guys JKH.W23 felled to 1.50 then they push more than 7/= level and plays so many trading opportunity until Monday.

More over these all 67 Million shares unload to small retailers last two days then definitely huge amount of selling pressure shows on the next higher level because small investors always put sell with small profit but here not much selling pressure
So some one involved with this to push up. So wait and see this CIFL @ 5/= level

Don't trust this investment till it comes to company books.

Central bank always try to help these company . they don't want to put down any finance company. so they must help to them as well. these investors trying to ask the central bank to help them 50% as well so if they agreed this then CIFL easy to come out.

If you need dividend from this company then you need to wait long time after they come out from the loss

but if you want the trading opportunity then you need to follow the speculation with the rumours and news

So no doubt CIFL Run next week without any trouble.

12 Billions.

3.5 Billions, and 2.5 Billions request from CB. company agree to pay 60% of deposit, 20% interest paying deposit, other 20% (P shares and after five years 5 giving Ordinary shares(maybe non ordinary shares. I am not sure (X or N) ). German Minus Interest rates at the moment.

if they wants to keep 5 Billions deposit from mother company (maybe 4 Billions). they has to increase share holding capital (loan From CB 2.5B, 4 B from them, 6.5 B then they hast keep 800M - 1000M share holder capital at-least 500 M.

then they has to go for Right issue and debenture. will see...

and i hope few right issues from this client after acquire the company(51%)

I am also try to find website of this company (Vandell Financial service). still couldn't found anything.

PM saying Portcity will be financial city. and CB not issue new licence. then small financial institute will get demand from big institutes (I dont know how is reality going). if its happen in future we will get big opportunities in CSE. not only CIFL

my advice is be a investor or trader rather than gambler

in future you will get advantage according to this new company performance. I will buy this stock at that time. now not dont waste your money and time

still CIFL does not have value. after new investor and how they performance value will increase...

Think and Invest

@man123, These type of runs are very dangerous. Don't trust any single cent from central bank . They will not give. In case if they give, they have to give another 4_5 companies too . This a well plan mafia may be some ministers also in the game.
There is a doubt suddenly this kind of company from Germany .
So don't touch this share at all . Even if this deal happens the concern parties have collected share from 0.40 cents.
So what are you going to pay 2+ or high?
It's almost 300-500%.
Remember previously mr.Melony did a grate manipulation with CIFL, this is not second to that manipulation.
Use your brain gents..

I think I saw a news item that CBSL has stopped issuing new finance company licences. Hence the only way to get one is to buy an existing company. Regarding the depositor's money, full amount will not be repaid any time soon. They will have to agree to a settlement plan.

Unlikely to go up if German investors left without any comments, most probably the deal is dead,
only way cifl would go would be to the bottom,  towards rs.1
