Is that the end of CIFL i saw some one bought  more than 3.5 million shares at the price of 1.50. How much he lost ?
1.50 *3.5 Mn = 5.25 Mn.

You can not say it is a lost.............
Now he have to wait till the court take a decision.........
If some one will  buy and run CIFL again soon he is not lost........... If not you need to wait soooooooooo long Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad

So its the end of the road for cifl... phew what i ride!!!! Thanks cifl for lessons learned and profits made.
Anybody who made losses, can take it as a lesson learned for your future in equities.
I was planning to buy again below .50 if got a chance. Thanks goes for cse also for not halting trading overnight, which allowed me to dump my stuff at 1.50. This confirmed me the importance of reading daily ft while im in toilet!!!! ( where i got the news!)

Are you mad  ?   CB said no one is willing to buy.

CIFL is a negative asset company.

How many times we wrote that if you buy a negative asset share you are also acquiring the liabilities proportionate to your holding ?

As per CB info they are going to liquidate it. Shareholder will not get anything because of its  negative value.



CIFL කියන්නේ රිණ වත්කම් සහිත සමාගමක්. අපි 1.50 ක් දෙන්නේ 2.50 ක් වත් රින වත්කම් හෙවත් ණය කට​.

ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම නම් සමාගම ඈවර කිරිමෙදී  බාහිර පාර්ශ්වයන්ට ණයයි නම්  අප ණය කරුවන් වෙලා ඒ ණය අතින් ගෙවන්න වෙනව​. මොකද අපි තමයි සමාගමේ අයිති කරුවන්.

නමුත්  ලිමිටඩ් ලයබිලිටි නිසා අපි ගත්ත කොටස් ගණනට අනුපාතිකව පමණයි අපි ණය කරුවෙක් වෙන්නෙ.  

ඉස්සර රු 10  මූර්ථ අගය par value තියෙන කාලෙ කොටසක ට අපේ උපරිම ලයබිලිටි එක රු 10 යි.
ඒ කියන්නේ ඈවර කිරීමේ දී බාහිර පාර්ශ්වයන්ට   ණය වෙලා නම්  කොටස් හිමියෙක්ට  අහිමි වෙන​   උපරිම මුදල කොටසකට රු 10 යි.

2007 නව පනත යටතේ දැන් මූර්ත අගයක් නැති නිසා මෙය කරන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල මා දන්නෙ නෑ.

ESL වත්කම් රින අගයක් අරන් නැති බව යි දැනට කියන්නේ.
නමුත් පොතේ පෙන්වන ගාන ටම (37/-) නැති වෙන්න පුලුවන්.

ඒ අනුව ගිනුම් වර්තා වල ඇසෙස්ට් ලෙස පෙන්වන මුදල්  යම් ප්‍රමානයක් හෝ ඇත්තටම නැති වෙන්නත් පුලුවන්. එසේ නොවේවායි පතමු.
කොහොම උනත් කොටස් ගත්ත මුදලම නම් ලැබෙන එකක් නෑ කියා හිත හදා ගන්න වෙනව​. පොතේ පෙන්වන උපරිම වත්කමත් 37 යි නේ.
