Also you need to take into account the two strategic foreign transactions happened this year.

One is Singer holding company has divested a stake in Singer (Sri Lanka) during Q1 16 with the objective of increasing the public float.

The other is Japfa strategic exit from Sri Lankan poultry stocks.

Both these were outflow but we can't categories them as trading transactions. If not for these two CSE would have already in net inflow status not by now but by the end of Q3.

"The Executive Board’s decision will enable an immediate disbursement of SDR 119.894 million (about US$ 168.1 million), and the remainder will be available in 6 installments subject to quarterly reviews."

If not mistaken second tranche to be released in early 2017.

that is stand by facility. sri lankan government has to cover the requirements. then they can request.

according to your idea. we should received December- January.

but sri lankan Government need USD during this period rather than late December to January.

we will see.....
