Without observing the PE for industry sector can we reach a decision just looking at that of individual companies?

PE can become attractive in two occasions. When the Company profit accelerates in a progressive rate is one and the other is the share price falls below the value due to over selling.

When does the overall market perform well? Its only where the local factors and international factors all working in favour together. After the world economic melt down, war in middle east, Brexit etc etc  we cant expect local companies to do well

But opportunity and risks arises in between these conditions. Oil prices fall LIOC doing well, Commodity prices fall Tyre doing well. GOSL imposes a fuel price formula risk with LIOC etc etc

Winning in CSE at the current conditions is solely based on more homework in selecting a stock...in my opinion

So analyse analyse analyse.. and share it so others can give their view

I have seen this type of valuation in the CSE in the past and similarly, I have seen extreme end of the market when everybody become overly bullish. That is how market cycle works. There are risks as well as great rewards.
