T-Bond Primary Auction is Rejected

this is indicates of CB does not happy to increase rates from this point...

next week T-Bill rates start to fall 5-10 Cents per week. during two-three weeks

and also Local Government election will be end of June. then we cannot see any rates hike during this period and also rates can be drop. bcz government wants to up CSE

Ravi said. 18 Billion rupees assign for senior citizens.
Govt. enhances upper limit for 15% special interest to senior citizens’ deposits to Rs.1.5 m - See

that means increase liquidity. 18*100/3.2 =around 562 Billions. to face this means keep interest rates at this level.

at the Same Time Ravi saying 5.7% - 6% economy growing for 2017. again indication no Interest rates hike...

Mada gahan set ekata aradana karanawa logical discussion ekakata..

a) is suspension necessary by reason of statutory debt ceiling?

b) does suspension assist treasury's management of debt
   subject to limit?

c) does suspension apply to demand deposits & time deposit
   securities?

this is entire auction rejection.

practically this is indication of interest rates ceiling....

if CB wants to go for Policy rates hike. then they can accept bids from auction. after target rates hike. opposite of this. mean this is ceiling value.

any ideas welcome........

I am obviously bemused by possible lowering of interest rate in the future considering overall economic situation.
Playing a trump, rate may not be changed/increased until the election is over.
How about comments from professionals?

I mean T-Bill One year rates can be drop 10% level again.

but we can see steady rates until next year.

Next year January will start to drop Inflation. and also Private sector credit grow will be slow down. then we can see Interest rates down trend officially.
