RWSL, LOFC , AAF these stocks are highly under value and cheap price..

sure 100% return with 500 - 600 ASP point up.

There's nothing in the market where u can say sure 100% return. LOFC is undervalued but i dont see it rising beyond 2.50 level within this yr.

I didnt mention time. I mention 500-600 ASPI units.

my main point was no one can say 100% return for sure fr any share even if the market goes up. All three counters u have mentioned Market Cap/Total Market Cap (%) is only 0.28.
In the case of LOFC, i only said its a undervalued and if the market rises by 500-600points it MIGHT reach 2.50 within this yr but highly doubtful due to negative sentiment towards finance companies.

what is the negative point. just 1% can be up.

so far 5.5% up they maintain profits. and increase profits also.


we are going to touch top of interest rates with 1%. I mean after 2009. under war time different story.

if you think negative that much go and invest on in The Bank..

I have invested at the bank in FD's and fixed income unit trust which gives me more than 13% return rite now. I have bit of investments still at equity. Those ones i'll hold on and buy further into it in the future when the economy and interest rate stabilizes.

Most of the finance companies profitability has come down. VFIN LFIN and few others have done well. This yr it'll be a very difficult yr for them. Banks which had over 25% credit growth has revised there target 15-17% credit growth this yr. Finance companies will have lesser credit growth cause main credit growth driver for most of them is leasing. Leasing business have been hit hard this tym. Most of the Finance companies are pushing towards personal loans to achieve there credit growth this yr.

My opinion is that people should stay away from finance companies and focus more towards manufacturing and engineering sector shares cause govt is more focus on developing those sectors.

In the case of LOFC, there last qtr profit is down 31% compared to previous yr last qtr profitability. 1% down yr to yr comparison.

When was the last tym LOFC gave dividend??? N they have very bad liquidity of the share also. One of the main reason why LFIN do well in share market is that they issue very good dividend and improves liquidity by splitting the share frequently. most importantly they perform really well over the cause of the yr with profitability.

Not only from LOFC, see their all group of companies, their dividend payout is very very poor, not thinking about the small investors at all
