Why FLCH share price up suddenly?

They have disposed (sold) some of their main plantations to Damro Group.

Transaction amount was about 5 billion rupees.

Due to some difficulties I couldn't find exact gain.

One place says, their carried amount was about 900 million.
(600 + 300 ) It is difficult to get revalued timber prices . (related to this disposal).

No of share is 1.3 billion. We expect EPS to go one time high price.
somehow,transactiion amount per share was Rs. 3.75

The carrying value of Brown’s 55% stake in FLMC Plantations in FY2016 was Rs. 600 million.

Yes. it is in the annual reports .  Meanwhile , you can see   Browns capital has billions in Timber and live plants as assets in group accounts. What I wanted to know is , what are those timber and if those divested companies  were major portion of Browns plantations  why they have not  revalued those assets and kept them  at cost 600m ?
