FLCH is sitting on a pile of Cash -Appx Rs 5\= Cash per Share-Thus it will be the first in the Browns Group to declare dividends if the Directors want to-Thus it looks a very attractive share-on a Cash per share basis

A dividend can be expected in next months, but not sure about the amount.
Last year they have declared 0.05 per share.

As per latest published Financials, the huge profit per share is out of change in fair value investment and gain on disposal of subsidiaries, not out of real performance. Could the performance be sustainable? ?? !!

As I said-their Cash\Share is appx Rs 5\=-Thus should expect more dividends-Hang on to the share even after this Interim is Paid
