Yes. 
Among the listed stocks HEYL (the largest I guess), JKH, SPEN having extensive exposure to shipping and maritime sector.

But, can we expect a miracle (Hambantota) in the short to medium term?

Those are good shares that can move in future. In fact some are already moving and some are still laggards. But you need to prepare to hold as chances are there for pull backs.
