While srilankans sell their shares foreigners have started buying. They started in march this year. Today foreigners bought 81% of the T.O.

Do we need to rethink?
Feel they are confident of what is going to happen in srilanka and hoping they can buy low presently and sell with a big margin to srilankans later.

Foreigners are not correct always. Lot of foreign funds who invested in CSE in lost Due to rupee decline except some. Other thing is India market is attractive now a days due to low interest rates and sudden growth of Indian economy. But unfortunately we can't expect such a growth suddenly. So foreign direct investments to Asia mostly attractive for India and China econom

I guess foreign investors speculate the premium for Rupee devaluation for a specific period before investing. Also economic indicators, volume & size concerned comparison of Sri Lanka market over that of India is impractical.
