*Siyapatha Finance after-tax profit Rs. 498.86 Mn in 2017 , a growth of 52% (2016 - Rs. 327.28 Mn).
*The CEO (Roshan Nanayakkara) and COO (Aruna Fernando) joined Abans finance in March 2016.
*Abans Finance after-tax profit for 9 months Rs 77.68 MN in 2017 , decline of 34% ( 2016 - Rs 118.54 MN).- full years profit up to March 2017 -Rs 136.56 Mn.
*Who should take the responsibility for debacle and wrongful trading at Abans Finance?
1) Roshan who doesn't come out of his cubicle and involve in any business activities or
2)Aruna who is involved in harassment of female staff or
3)staff of Yorkstreet Partners who make decisions and Abans Finance?
*The share which was trading @ Rs 69.90 has dropped to Rs 21.00 much below the mandatory offer price of Rs 25.00.
