Longtime before PCH clinically dead, Even though only the skeletal remain was functioning, CSE allowed the PCH to trade. So far PCH on life supporting machine at the expense of penny investors, It is sure no action will be taken to submit the financial statements of PCH because the PCH management itself willingly waiting for the delisting and forget the name of PCH in due course by the penny investors.

PCH was allowed to trade with the hope of deal story as we have seen NHL, BLUE, COCR, TWOD,CIFL and so many touched the sky with the help of deal story.

Now debt ridden SFS flying on the sky, due to Singaporean investor willingly taking all the SFS Debts in return of nothing, this is similar to CIFL’s German investor willing take the crippled CIFL in return of nothing. During that time also CIFL given SEC announcement until Directors of CIFL carefully released themselves and plunder the funds

What will happen to the PCP.N ? if its delisted what will happen to the share holders ? Then what is the protection that can give by the CSE to the share holders. How we trust on the money what we put to the share market ? After delisting can company wait without doing anything ? who will be ultimately responsible for the share holders money ? Don't they (Company) have to liquidate the company and share the money among the share holders ? If anyone can rely highly appreciated.
Thank you
