The Sri Lankan government has not done enough to implement the LLRC recommendations and hence the U.S. will support a resolution at the Human Rights Council, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Robert O. Blake said today.

What about human rights of Iraqi,Afghan and Libian people ? If there is any resolution at the Human Rights Council first of all it has to be against the US gvernment.

Later they can discuss human rights violations by other countries if time permits.

Yes, nothing to worry too much there.

Issue is internally we are finding ways to screw up CSE.

Everyone is breaching human rights and covering up.
All of us are condemning US now, sometimes back in 1989 I think so,we were critisicing India, time to time those who are in power change their tune.
We idiots are dancing for that.

Nothing to worry about this US Stories. Keep our view on CSE in this forum or these type of discussion will lead to other extreme.

Their resolution seems pretty weak anyway. It's supposed to say we haven't done enough to implement LLRC recommendations. This is just posturing. Even if this goes through it's just the usual hoo haa.

real problems will come one year from now when they will push for an independent probe.
